Like our earlier GR systems, GuestRegister 3 has a clear focus on simplicity for both administrator and end user. The front end integrates seamlessly into your website, with a choice of user interfaces based on your preferences and requirements. For instance, a holiday lodge which requires a single calendar might choose the calendar interface, showing all available bookings; a small hotel might chose to let the user select their date and then be presented with a list of available rooms.
The management side follows the same principles to make running the system easy. A drag and drop interface allows you to easily allocate customers to rooms; lock and unlock functions ensure no booking mix-ups; a fast and accessible customer database and our virtual diary functions allow access to the data you need, fast.

GuestRegister 3 is designed to be installed on a server running within your hotel, to allow for complete reliability for clients using the system as their main management tool. It can also be installed on a traditional web server, which gives the added bonus of instant access from anywhere in the world.
